LEADING SAFE® TRAINING IN DALLAS, TEXAS

What is SAFe® Certification?

SAFe® stands for Scaled Agile Framework, a registered trademark of Scaled Agile, Inc. This professional certification and training program validates an individual’s knowledge, hands-on skills, and mindset in understanding SAFe® methodologies within organizations. The leading SAFe® classes equip individuals with industry’s best practices and constant on-the-job training so they’re always prepared to tackle challenges as they happen. Not only this, the Communities of Practice brings together SAFe® practitioners from around the world who can troubleshoot, identify, and discuss solutions to emerging problems, thereby promoting the SAFe® ideology.

Why Modern Organizations Love SAFe®?

Agile methodologies, although extremely robust and powerful, does have certain pitfalls that surfaced when it was implemented across a wide range of teams globally. Seamless collaboration and proactive team management is the key to Agile success, which the traditional model fails to deliver. Organizations and systems are more complex nowadays. The concept of working with remote teams further complicates collaboration and scaling processes. Technologically rigid legacy architecture makes it difficult for companies to leverage the flexibilities of modern architecture. This led to the creation of SAFe®, the “improved” method which overcomes the shortfalls and offers all the benefits of Agile under one roof.

Modern organizations love individuals who’ve acquired leading SAFe® certifications for their ability to lead Lean-Agile transformation across the company for greater benefits. The SAFe® environment nurtures sustainable growth, better collaboration, higher productivity, and efficient processing from conception to delivery.

Over 70% of modern Fortune 500 businesses use SAFe® methodologies.
